Legacy products are those that have been discontinued. Integrated Biometrics will notify customers six months before a product is discontinued. Additionally, Integrated Biometrics will provide maintenance and SDK support to legacy products for up to two years after the date of discontinuation.
If a customer has purchased a warranty that lasts beyond the two-year post-discontinuation service period, Integrated Biometrics will honor the original dates as defined by the warranty.
Integrated Biometric announces the immediate end-of-life for the following legacy product. Please note that the IBScanUltimate SDK is available.
