Company records continued rapid growth for its rugged, compact FBI certified biometric fingerprint scanners
Integrated Biometrics is once again part of Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. Integrated Biometrics joins this prestigious entrepreneurial ranking for the third time in three years — something matched by fewer than one in four winners.
This year’s placement represents the second time Integrated Biometrics ranked within the top 1000 companies in the index. The company’s revenue grew by 45% over the previous year, and by more than 530% since first joining the Inc. 5000 list in 2016.
“We are proud to maintain our listing as one of America’s best private innovators and the only honoree from the biometric fingerprint scanner industry,” said Stephen Thies, Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Biometrics. “Our commitment to growth benefits not just our company but our solutions partners as well, Together, we’ve created a broad range of new and traditional identity management solutions, and we thank Inc. Magazine for recognizing our entrepreneurial spirit and our ongoing success.”
According to Inc. Magazine, “The 2018 Inc. 5000 achieved an astounding three-year average growth of 538.2 percent, and a median rate of 171.8 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $206.1 billion in 2017, accounting for 664,095 jobs over the past three years.” The magazine’s strict requirements for inclusion require sustained success over a three-year period, making Integrated Biometrics’ ongoing inclusion that much more impressive.
“If your company is on the Inc. 5000, it’s unparalleled recognition of your years of hard work and sacrifice,” says Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter. “The lines of business may come and go, or come and stay. What doesn’t change is the way entrepreneurs create and accelerate the forces that shape our lives.”
